  Food so so and the place needs a face-lift. They are trying to be a high end restaurant and it just isn't. Too bad. It could be a really neat place.

  My family ate at the Crystal Dining room for dinner and was not impressed. The grouper fish was all thick breading, the pork chops were tough and chewy, filet steak was mediocre. Ordered 2 desserts and both were terrible- the bread pudding was hard, old, and cold. The cobbler was cold, hard, and too sweet. Spent $200 for a terrible meal. We did enjoy staying at the hotel and loved the beakfast brunch and buffet.

  Husband & I have been here in the past for Thanksgiving & it was great. This year, not so much. The food was not on par with previous years & there was not the food or dessert variety, either. I also though it was a little tacky to have a food service company truck just parked in the front of the hotel off to the side. Sad that such a grand place didn't measure up to past culinary performances.

  I had brunch here, which was pretty good. It was buffet-style, and there were omelettes made to order, sausage, fresh fruit, croissants and biscuits and gravy. If you have a strict diet (paleo, gluten-free, etc), this might not be the place for you. It wasn't the best food I've ever had, but the biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the view was nice too. It was much better than any sort of Continental breakfast I've had at other hotels, and my boyfriend and I got two brunch tickets here when we signed up for a ghost tour package. It ended up being a great deal!
