  Though the restaurant was very busy, I believe the service we received was the worst I've had. I went with my family, a group of four, and we've all had very good experiences here before (it's been years since we've been, though). My mother wanted to sit in a smoking area, and I can't imagine how the host could've more rudely told us that we'd have to order through the bar and come pick up our own stuff. As he walked away, a bar guest said, "I've been here a million times, that guy has been a jerk every single time I've come. [paraphrasing the word jerk]" Once we were sat, our server took about 15 minutes to greet us, which was fine! They were busy! She did nothing but apologize, which was sweet, and took our drink (some alcoholic, some not) and appetizer order. Our appetizer came in about 15 minutes and was delicious! But our drinks never came, not even waters. The waitress verbally acknowledged this by apologizing, walking by 3 different times AFTER she herself dropped off the app. I eventually asked a different server to bring us waters. We cancelled our drink order and asked for the check. She blamed the bartender through a million 'I'm sorry's, but I still had to physically bring my check to her at a terminal 10 minutes later to have the payment processed. Here she told me that a ton of her tables had walked out on her that night. I feel like a manager should've been involved at that point.
  
  I've been in the service industry for a very long, and my honest opinion is that either Kelly L (I think?) has not been properly trained or she isn't the best fit for a serving position. As for the host, I'm sure he's efficient, but my gosh he's rude.
  
  TL;DR- Usually great experiences! One bad one that left my family fuming. And avoid the host stand unless completely necessary.
