  Went with my mom and my aunts. They are all middle aged and older. We went up to the bar attached to the hotel and got horrible service. I asked for a water and was met with rolling eyes and a snarky comment. Then my entire family was told we were cut off for being "rude." we had been playing darts and everyone had only had one beer. After giving us this excuse she told us security would escort us out. They gave us one look and walked on by.
  We asked for her supervisor and she said she was the top dog. If their "supervisor" doesn't change we will never stay at the Basin again. My family has never been treated so rudely. No one was at the bar but us, the security guy, and a couple playing shuffle board who had just arrived.
  During our time there the "supervisor" turned away multiple people for various reasons.
  I would never recommend anyone to to the roof top bar at the Basin hotel. Not even someone I disliked greatly.
